My Woodlands Estates

Welcome to the Woodlands Estates website! Our neighborhood is made up of nearly 250 distinctive single-family homes, making us the largest community within East Lake Woodlands (ELW).

Woodlands Estates is one of 56 neighborhoods that collectively make up East Lake Woodlands in northern Pinellas County, Florida. Located at the north end of Tampa Bay, we are just minutes from downtown Tampa, St. Petersburg and Pinellas County's award-winning beaches.

Pinellas County Utilities is preparing to rebuild four lift stations in East Lake Woodlands, including one within Woodlands Estates on Forest Park Road, just north of the cart path crossing. Work is expected to begin sometime in early February 2012 and will take approximately one month to complete. During this time, utility vehicles will be parked along the sides of the roadway and employees will be working nearby. Please be especially cautious when driving on Forest Park Drive during this process. Thank you!
